This terrific article, by Sheila Benson, about Stefanie Powers appeared in the June 21, 1980, issue of TV Guide. At the time, Powers was starring, along with Robert Wagner, in Hart to Hart on ABC. A lighthearted mystery, Hart to Hart, found business magnate Jonathon Hart (Wagner) and his lovely wife, Jennifer (Powers)—also a high-flying writer—solving everything from murder and blackmail to jewelry theft and financial frauds. But it’s not the storylines that made Hart to Hart memorable. It was Stefanie Powers and her on-screen sparks with Robert Wagner. I watched Hart to Hart as a kid because my older sisters watched it.
